The New EmoRisk Tool Provides Crucial Insights into Employees' Emotional States.

A new tool will allow companies to understand the factors contributing to physical and emotional fatigue among employees in any organization.

Concerns range from the COVID-19 pandemic, rising living costs, political changes, and more.

In times like these, understanding the emotional state of employees becomes a crucial element for employers to ensure the productivity of their businesses.

Now, employers can gauge the mood of their employees to prevent risks, but from a broader and more human-centered perspective. It's called EmoRisk, which, through artificial intelligence via a mobile application, offers the option to measure employees' emotional states.

"Once the application is downloaded on the mobile device, each employee should log into the EmoRisk app at the beginning and end of each working day, expressing any thoughts related to the random question presented by the application," explained Salvador Ismayel, Director of Grupo Innova.

The application provides the organization with customized indicators about the workforce, as well as feedback and statistics, all directed to an administrative platform that can be analyzed by specialists such as psychologists or therapists.

"This is a convenience through which companies can also identify employees who become unproductive due to a lack of motivation, which reduces productivity. It even allows defining an employee's tenure within the organization," added Ismayel."
